Why do you Run?

Question: Why do you Run?

Answer: I run so my body will be enabled to enjoy things I love for the next 40 years .  What’s your reason?

As we start heading in to normality with the pandemic starting to slowly fade and the focus increasing on getting back to some level of normal it’s a great time to reset.  Reset our health, reset our schedules, and reset our best practices.  Let’s focus on setting our perfect week, following out best practices, connecting with people and accomplish our wish lists and to do list?  Live you highlight every day.  stop reacting… and  get back to focus….   It time to sail…

"twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by things you didn't so than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sales. Explore, Dream Discover." Mark Twain. (Anne Marie sent me this and it’s a great reminder)

Things to remember:

  • What's the most urgent thing I need to do today?

  • What's the most important thing I have to do today?

  • What's going to bring me the most joy or the most satisfaction today?

  • Your highlights give you a focal point and should take no more than 60-90 min

Rest, focus and begin today.
