What’s the story you are telling yourself in your head? What you hear in your head will become your reality. Be careful what you tell yourself… your mental identity creates your physical reality

Work on building daily actions that accumulate for long term gain. For example if you watch TV for 30 min every day that time spent just evaporates. Nothing is really gained.  As opposed to spending 30 min daily learning French.. That time accumulates to you eventually becoming fluent in the language.

We often react to a situation with emotion… we can either be blindly led by these emotions or we can stay in control… filter them and then understand and learn from them. Which do you think is more productive?

If you choose not to be harmed, you will not feel harmed, if you do not feel harmed you will not be

You decide how things effect you… you are in control

Someone can’t frustrate us it’s our perception and feelings that make us frustrated. The power is yours. Don’t give up your power.

Fear is debilitating, distracting, tiring and often irrational.. use the power of perception to defeat it
