Move Crew
I wanted to take a moment this week to help remind us to focus on our health. As we get older, it gets harder and harder to move as much as we did when we were kids. Our priorities shift from playing outside to providing for our families and our physical activity goes with it. This shift over time creates a dramatic slowdown in our metabolism. Our bodies are either burning calories or storing calories. So, slowing down our activity or in many cases sitting at a desk all day makes it harder to lose weight or easier to gain weight depending on your perspective, 🙂 which can affect your overall health. It takes deliberate focus to keep our bodies on the right track and healthy. If you don’t make time for your health, your body will make you make time for it.
To help us all stay active and going in the right direction Michelle opened a new community - “The Move Crew.” The move crew is a fitness community where we encourage and inspire each other to do more and improve our health together. Take a minute, jump on the active path, and join the move crew today.

Online in your own kitchen cooking classes
We did something like this during the pandemic and it was so cool to learn new recipes and techniques from a chef… one on one… in my own kitchen. I came across this one this week and it looks interesting.
