The Recruiting Process
Ok so to start things off just want everyone to know that the chickens that are left are all good… They stink and we are soooo ready for them to go outside. The roosters are HUGE! Shout out to the Spells! They were right having a chicken by your desk makes everything more fun 😊
Ok now on to the real stuff:
This week was heavily focused on the recruiting process. We have a lot growing to do in all areas and the only way to make that happen is if we all dig in and start recruiting. It’s not just the responsibility of Michelle or the recruiting team…. We all have to have a recruiting mindset. I think 80% of business problems can be solved by hiring ROCKSTARS.
I included some of my notes and thoughts on recruiting great talent along with some of the best practices of some very successful companies that have spent a ton of time building processes to attract the highest and best quality candidates in every role.
More on recruiting best practices, marketing programs and hiring processes to come soon.
