The Hidden Power of Hobbies
As a over scheduled type A personality that is always on… I found some good points in the podcast Focus on this episode #85 The Hidden Power of Hobbies. (of course I had to listen to it on 2x speed because some parts are slow but the podcast makes a good point on hobbies. When you are stuck, stressed, or just out of ideas… spend some time on a hobby. It’s amazing how your brain comes back refreshed and rejuvenated when you take a step away.
As I am sure you can tell by now… our recent hobby has become farming/ranching. It’s a lot of work but it absolutely gives my brain a break on the weekend 😊.
This week we had our first calf. Insane!
