Postcard Challenge

Invest in Relationships: the postcard challenge

Relationships will always be your greatest resource.  The more time and energy you invest in relationship and give without expectation, ironically the more you will grow.  As successful leaders, salespeople, and marketers we should be authentically investing more time, attention, and energy into our networks and relationships than we do into anything else.

In a challenging market staying connected to and engaged with your network is more important than ever.  Investing in your network will help you create momentum, increase energy and drive activity.  If you have fallen behind and need to get reconnected with your network or start investing in relationships, try the “postcard challenge”.   To participate in the postcard challenge all you have to do is send messages to 5 to 10 people in your life every day.  The purpose of the challenge to spend dedicated time sending messages, building connections, and investing in the relationship.  These messages can be showing appreciation, sending something funny, or just be to say hello. Having an intentional routine of doing this daily will take no more than an hour at most and can create the momentum you need that to help level up your business. If you feel 5-10 messages is too many, start with two instead of 5 and work your way up.  Your connections should include your past clients, friends, and referral partners. Think about how you can be useful, grateful, or valuable to them and before you know it the momentum will just be flowing.

Join me in the postcard challenge. It really has the power to change your life.
